The super-delicious potato cheese bombs are so easy to make and you will be left craving for more!
Makes 16-18 cheese balls.
Ingredients
For potato covering:
6-7 potatoes, boiled and mashed
4 tbsp besan or gram flour
2-3 green chillies, chopped
Few coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp haldi powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp amchoor or dry mango powder
1 tsp jeera powder
For cheese filling:
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 tbsp palak, chopped and blanched
Instructions
Add all the ingredients needed for the potato covering in a bowl and mix well to form a dough.
For the cheese stuffing, mix all its ingredients in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take 1 small ball sized dough of the potato stuffing and fill in 1 tsp of cheese filling and using your hands shape it into a small ball. Repeat the same for all others.
Deep fry the potato cheese balls in oil on high flame.
Your cheeselicious potato cheese bombs are ready!
