Pudina Chaas | Mint Chaas | Summer Cooler

Serves 5

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl plain curd or yogurt

  • 2 glasses water

  • 1 tsp jeera powder

  • 3 tsp rock salt or kala namak

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 cup pudina/mint leaves, washed and grinded

  • 8-10 ice cubes, crushed

Instructions

  1. Wash the pudina/mint leaves in hot water. Then put the them in a grinder and grind them well.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  3. Blend till combined.

  4. Pour into serving glasses, garnish with pudina leaves and serve.
