Ingredients
1 bowl plain curd or yogurt
2 glasses water
1 tsp jeera powder
3 tsp rock salt or kala namak
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 cup pudina/mint leaves, washed and grinded
8-10 ice cubes, crushed
Instructions
Wash the pudina/mint leaves in hot water. Then put the them in a grinder and grind them well.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend till combined.
Pour into serving glasses, garnish with pudina leaves and serve.
