This is hands-down the fudgiest and the healthiest brownies I've ever had! The Ragi Apple Brownies, you have to try it to believe it!
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 cups dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar or coconut sugar
1 cup ragi flour
2 tbsp baking powder
6 tbsp cocoa powder
4 flax eggs (12 tbsp warm water + 4 tbsp powdered flax seeds)
1 apple, sliced
Instructions
In a pan, melt chopped chocolate and butter together.
Remove from the gas stove.
In a bowl add brown sugar and flax eggs and whisk them well.
Now add in the melted chocolate and butter and mix them.
Add ragi flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and mix it with a spatula.
Preheat the oven or OTG at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes.
Transfer the brownie mix to a cake mould lined with parchment paper and greased with oil or butter.
Place some sliced apples on top.
Bake the brownies at 180˚C for 45 minutes.
The fudgiest ever sugar-free Ragi brownies are ready!
