Ingredients
1 cup green gram or moong dal
1 cup sweet corn, boiled
1/2 tomato, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chaat masala
Instructions
In a bowl, add corn and sprouts.
Add onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
Add salt, pepper powder and red chilli powder.
Add chaat masala and lemon juice.
Mix well and garnish with some fresh coriander leaves.
Enjoy your sprouts corn salad as a meal or an appetiser with lunch or dinner.
