Healthy eating is often considered to require a lot of effort and planning, but I feel that's not at all true especially if you are a veggie lover! Our Indian food is full of nutrients and you can easily make yourself so many recipes.
One such healthy meal is the Sprouts Corn Stir Fry! Its healthy, full of nutrients and superbly delicious!
Serves 5
Ingredients
1 cup green gram or moong dal sprouts
1 cup sweet corn, boiled
1/2 tomato, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp roasted peanuts
1 cheese slice
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
In a saucepan or kadhai, heat oil.
Saute onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
Add corn and sprouts.
Add salt, pepper powder and red chilli powder.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add some water if needed.
Add a cheese slice, chaat masala and lemon juice.
Mix well and garnish with some roasted peanuts.
Have the sprouts corn stir fry for a healthy breakfast.
