Filled with three delicious layers of cookie crumble, strawberry pie filling and whipped cream, this Strawberry Cookie Crumble Trifle is an absolute paradise!

Ingredients
For Cookie Crumble:
1/2 cup oats flour
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup choco chips
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup ghee or clarified butter
1/2 cup yogurt
For Strawberry Pie Filling:
2 cups fresh strawberries
1.5 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp agar agar powder
1/4 cup lukewarm water
For Trifle:
1 cup whipped cream
4-5 fresh strawberries
Few mint leaves
Instructions
In a microwavable dish, add all the cookie crumble ingredients, give it a good mix and microwave it for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes check and if need be, microwave for 30-40 seconds more.
Let it cool down.
In a pan, add the fresh strawberries, water and sugar. Let it boil.
In another bowl, add lukewarm water and mix the agar agar powder well.
Now stomp the strawberries to get a mushy texture.
Add in the agar agar mix and stir it well.
Remove from the stove and allow it to cool down.
In the serving glasses, add a layer of cookie crumble at bottom, then add some strawberry pie filling, topped with some whipped cream.
Repeat the layers once more.
Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves.
