Stuffed Cheese Kulcha | Vegetable Cheese Kulcha | Corn Cheese Kulcha

Makes 2 Stuffed Kulcha

Ingredients

For Filling:

  • 2 tbsp cheese sauce

  • 2 tbsp processed cheese, grated

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (corn, capsicum, onion), chopped

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

For Kulcha:

  • 4 kulcha slices

  • 1 tbsp pizza topping/sauce

  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cheese sauce, chopped vegetables, salt and pepper powder.

  2. To one kulcha slice apply the cheese vegetable filling and some grated cheese and to the other some pizza topping or sauce. Close the kulcha slices.

  3. Apply some oil to the griller and put the kulcha in. Apply some oil on the top slice and press in some sesame seeds.

  4. Grill the kulcha and you stuffed cheese kulcha are ready!
