Makes 2 Stuffed Kulcha
Ingredients
1/2 cup crumbled Homemade paneer
4 kulcha slices
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 tomato, chopped
1.5 tbsp cheese sauce
2 tsp oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp jeera or cumin powder
1 tsp haldi or turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
In a pan, add oil and then add green chillies and onions. Sauté them.
Add tomatoes and sauté for a minute.
Add crumbled paneer and then all the spices.
Now add cheese sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well.
Turn off the gas, you filling is ready.
To one kulcha slice apply paneer filling and cover with the other slice.
Apply some oil to the griller and put the kulcha in. Apply some oil on the top slice and press in some sesame seeds.
Grill the kulcha and you stuffed paneer kulcha are ready!
