Make delicious and yummy Suji Coconut Rolls. These are ready in just 30 minutes and are so delightful in taste.
Makes 12-15 rolls
Ingredients
1 tsp elaichi powder
1 cup semolina or suji
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup lukewarm milk
1 tbsp pistachios, chopped
Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.
Add suji or semolina and roast it well till it turns light brown and aromatic.
Once roasted, transfer it to a bowl.
Add desiccated coconut, sugar, milk and elaichi powder. Mix them well.
Take a small portion and roll it with your hands to small rolls.
Garnish them with some chopped pistachios.
Your Suji Coconut Rolls are ready!
