Suji Coconut Balls

Make delicious and yummy Suji Coconut Rolls. These are ready in just 30 minutes and are so delightful in taste.

Makes 12-15 rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp elaichi powder

  • 1 cup semolina or suji

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 1/4 cup lukewarm milk

  • 1 tbsp pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.

  2. Add suji or semolina and roast it well till it turns light brown and aromatic.

  3. Once roasted, transfer it to a bowl.

  4. Add desiccated coconut, sugar, milk and elaichi powder. Mix them well.

  5. Take a small portion and roll it with your hands to small rolls.

  6. Garnish them with some chopped pistachios.

  7. Your Suji Coconut Rolls are ready!
