Ingredients
1 bowl atta dough
1 cup water
1 bowl dry flour or atta
ghee, for garnish
Instructions
Heat a iron tawa or pan.
Take a small ball of dough and roll it over in an oval shape.
Using your fingers, put some water on one side of the roti.
Now place the roti on the tawa with the water side on the tawa.
Let it cook for 3-4 minutes and then turn the tawa upside down to allow it to cook from the top side too.
Keep checking in between and once the roti is cooked form this side too, invert the tawa again to take it out.
Apply some ghee on top. Your tandoori roti on tawa is ready to be served!
