Tandoori Roti On Tawa | Easy & Quick

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl atta dough

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 bowl dry flour or atta

  • ghee, for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat a iron tawa or pan.

  • Take a small ball of dough and roll it over in an oval shape.

  • Using your fingers, put some water on one side of the roti.

  • Now place the roti on the tawa with the water side on the tawa.

  • Let it cook for 3-4 minutes and then turn the tawa upside down to allow it to cook from the top side too.

  • Keep checking in between and once the roti is cooked form this side too, invert the tawa again to take it out.

  • Apply some ghee on top. Your tandoori roti on tawa is ready to be served!
