Thin-Crust Potato Pizza | Potato Recipes

Who could have thought that you can even make a pizza, using only potato slices. This one has a unique flavour to it, which you will totally love! The fresh & crispy Potato Pizza.




Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 5-6 potatoes, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

  • 1 tbsp pizza topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or OTG at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes.

  2. In a bowl, add the thinly sliced potatoes.

  3. Add oil, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes.

  4. Mix them well.

  5. Divide it into two parts and to one part add some pizza topping sauce.

  6. Place a cake tin, without the bottom on a baking tray, lined with parchment paper.

  7. Add the seasoned potato slices inside it and level them.

  8. Now add the pizza sauce seasoned slices over the bottom layer.

  9. Bake them at 180˚C for 40-45 minutes or until crisp.

  10. Potato-licious Potato Pizza is ready!
