Ingredients
1 kg torai, peeled, washed and chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp jeera or cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp amchoor or dry mango powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp mustard oil
Instructions
Firstly, peel and chop torai in small pieces. And them wash them thoroughly.
In a pressure cooker, add oil and jeera seeds and allow them to crackle.
Then add ginger-garlic paste and add 1 tbsp water.
Now add all the spices and salt and sauce them for a minute on low flame.
Finally add the chopped torai and add 1/4 cup water to it.
Close the lid and allow it to cook for 3 whistles.
Open and check if the water released is extra then you can cook it without the lid on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
Enjoy the water-rich vegetable with phulkas.
