Turmeric Energy Balls | Healthy Protein Balls | Immunity Booster

Want to eat something healthy yet tasty? No problem now, you can simply make these no-cook turmeric energy balls and hog on them whenever you're feeling hungry!


Makes 10 balls

Ingredients

  • 8 dates, pitted

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp haldi or turmeric powder

  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a grinder, coarsely grind all the ingredients together to form a batter.

  2. Form bite sized balls and roll them over some desiccated coconut.

  3. Store the turmeric energy balls in the refrigerator for a week in an airtight container.
