The traditional home remedy for cough and cold, Turmeric Ginger Milk, is back and its super healthy and tasty. Take it every night before bed for a high immunity system.
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp haldi or turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp jaggery powder or honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions
Add milk in a pan. Add grated ginger and cinnamon powder and allow it to boil.
Add turmeric, black pepper powder, jaggery powder to it and let it cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the turmeric ginger milk into glasses and have warm or cold.
