Turmeric Milk | Golden Milk | Immunity Booster | Haldi Ka Dhoodh | 4 Ingredients Only

Boosting your immunity has a lot to do with eating right and having a good metabolism. Both of these can be increased by the right amount of exercise and nutrition. Starting your day with Turmeric Milk or as it is popularly known as Golden Milk, helps in keeping your spirits high the entire day while helping your body fight bacteria and viruses.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp haldi or turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tbsp jaggery powder or honey

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pan.

  2. Add turmeric, black pepper powder, jaggery powder to it and let it cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Pour the turmeric milk or golden milk into glasses and have warm or cold.
