Who doesn't crave for a cheesy bite of Pizza? Well, we all do! So here's a gluten free version to help you indulge guilt-free! Try out the super easy Uttapam Pizza!
Makes 2 Uttapam
Ingredients
1 cup dosa batter
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp pizza sauce
1/2 tomato, chopped
1/2 carrot, finely sliced
1/2 capsicum, chopped
1/2 onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp sweet corn
1 tbsp olives
2 tsp oil
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Red chilli flakes, for garnish
Oregano, for garnish
Instructions
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp batter and spread it gently.
Apply some oil on both sides of the uttapam.
Add your desired vegetables and toppings on to the uttapam and cook well from both sides using some oil.
Apply some pizza sauce on the vegetables’ side and add some grated cheese on top.
Cover and simmer cook for 2-3 minutes or till the cheese melts.
Garnish with some chilli flakes and oregano.
Relish the Pizza Uttapam with tomato chutney.
