2 tbsp oil
For Coating:
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp maida
2 tbsp cornflour
4-5 tbsp water
Instructions
In a bowl, add boiled potatoes, boiled or steamed carrot, cabbage and peas and mash them together.
Now add the spices, salt, coriander leaves and schezwan chutney. Mix well.
Finally add besan to bind the mixture together.
Now make round cutlets from the potato mix and dip them in the cornflour-maida paste.
Roll them over some bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
Turn them over and fry evenly from both sides on medium flame. Take off from the pan once they are golden brown.
For the burger, heat a pan and drizzle some oil over it. Cut the bun into 2 halves and toast each of them from both sides and take off from the pan.
To the lower half of the burger bun, add some mint chutney, tomato slices, then the aloo patty, tomato ketchup, onion rings, cucumber rings and some French fries. Top it with the burger bun half and seal it with a tooth pick.
