Pineapple, has to be hands-down one of my favourite seasonal fruits! So when it's in season, how can I stop myself from trying some quick and healthy recipes with this delicious and juicy fruit.
Here's our version of the healthy and Vegan Pineapple Mango Smoothie, that is so delicious and you can gulp on it as much as you like since its sugar-free and dairy-free!
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
1 cup mango chunks, frozen
1 can coconut milk
Instructions
In a blender, add pineapple chunks and mango chunks.
Add coconut milk and blend well.
Pour into two glasses and enjoy the Vegan Pineapple Mango Smoothie!
